In the Special Interest Classes you build on your working knowledge
and use of language by learning about another subject, for example -
Local history
Themes in literature
Expression through song and dance
Creative crafts - making jewellery, greeting cards, or masks, or T-shirt
painting
Cookery
Health and fitness
Desktop publishing to produce a course newspaper or magazine
The choice is different for each course, depending on the location of the
course and the facilities at the school.
